Identify a Dolphin thermal part from its installed circuit and connections, not merely its finned core or black pump housing.

Name the circuit before the component
Motor coolant, refrigerant and cabin airflow components serve different functions. Keep a label and routing photo for each requested assembly.
Distinguish coolant and refrigerant exchangers
The motor radiator and A/C condenser can share the front pack but use different fluids and interfaces. Compare mounting, core dimensions and connection blocks separately. Confirm the actual heat-pump equipment and refrigerant specification for the vehicle instead of importing another market configuration.
Trace low-voltage pumps and routing valves
Record which circuit each electric coolant pump serves, together with voltage, control identification and hose sizes. For a valve, label the photographed ports and retain the original routing record. A similar housing cannot establish internal valve paths or pump control compatibility.
Identify the cabin air path
Match blower motor and controller to the climate system, then identify evaporator casing and pipe bends. Steering-market packaging can affect HVAC interfaces. A cabin filter selection is independent of refrigerant pressure-sensor identification even when both appear in a climate-service order.
Identify electric compressors separately
An electric compressor is a separate high-voltage assembly, not a substitute for a low-voltage coolant pump. For a compressor inquiry, provide the installed label, refrigerant specification and vehicle equipment record; confirm availability and transport requirements before including it in the order. Refrigerant and high-voltage electrical work requires qualified personnel following the correct vehicle procedures.
Connected assembly checks
For cabin airflow work, match the Cabin Air Filter to its tray, the Blower Motor to its housing and the Blower Control Module to the control system; an A/C Evaporator request additionally needs pipe and casing identification.
In a front cooling-pack order, identify the coolant Motor Cooling Radiator separately from the refrigerant A/C Condenser; compare both with the Cooling Fan Assembly shroud and the actual Radiator Support.
Trace the Electric Coolant Pump, Coolant Reservoir and Coolant Control Valve through the installed circuit before relating them to the Motor Cooling Radiator; a similar hose size does not establish the same circuit function.
