OE number, replacement number, reference number, vehicle brand, model, model year and engine version.
Order quantity
Target quantity, mixed item list, repeat order expectation and whether samples are needed first.
Packing request
Neutral packing, export carton packing, private label request, label requirements or market-specific packaging.
Destination market
Country, port, delivery preference and any local market requirements that affect sourcing or packing.
Shipping and delivery discussion.
Shipping terms are discussed after confirming products, quantity, packing volume and destination. Final freight cost and delivery time depend on the chosen shipping method and current logistics conditions.
Select the rule by transport mode and responsibility. FCA, CPT, CIP or DAP may suit multimodal shipments; FOB, CFR and CIF apply only to sea or inland-waterway transport.
Lead time depends on product availability, confirmed specification, packing work, quantity and shipping arrangement.
Quotation notes.
A quotation is based on the information available at the time of communication. Check the complete commercial basis before payment, production, packing or shipment.
Confirm currency, unit basis, MOQ, quantity break and quotation validity. Prices may change with availability, exchange rate, material cost or packing.
Confirm payment separately and state the agreed rule as “[rule] [named place or port], Incoterms® 2020”. The delivery rule does not by itself define payment timing or transfer of title.
DDP is not assumed. It requires prior confirmation of import clearance, importer-of-record arrangements, duties, taxes and destination-country compliance.
Confirm production or sourcing lead time, packing specification, carton quantity and any buyer-label requirement.
Confirm OE/model evidence, approved samples and the agreed process for shortages, damage or specification claims.
Freight and delivery estimates depend on chargeable weight or volume, route, carrier availability and current logistics conditions.
