Record the matched application, OE/reference, position, dimensions, offered replacement grade, material or performance requirement and approved sample. An OE reference identifies an application; it does not prove genuine supply.

Auto Parts Quality Control, Inspection and Traceability
Quality control starts with an agreed vehicle application, part specification and inspection scope. "Genuine", OE supplier, OE-style and aftermarket are not interchangeable claims; the quotation must state the offered basis.
Assign a buyer item code and compare identity, dimensions, connector, mounting, included hardware, finish and packing. Keep approved photos and measurements as the production reference.
Check the agreed identity, quantity, appearance, key dimensions, connector or mounting details and packaging components relevant to that part family.
Define any function, electrical, sealing, movement or fitment-related check before order confirmation. The exact method depends on the product and agreed requirement.
Sampling level, acceptance criteria and evidence format are agreed in the quotation or order; no universal AQL or laboratory claim is implied.
Identify the purchase line, affected quantity, batch or carton, full-part and defect photos, measurements and application evidence. Separate nonconforming units before corrective action.
Where agreed, provide item-label, quantity, packing and representative inspection photos or video before shipment release.
The quotation or order confirmation should define the offered grade, inspection basis, evidence to be supplied and any limits. Product-specific tests or certificates are confirmed only when applicable and agreed.
