Dolphin hatchback replacement parts

BYD Dolphin EV Service Parts Order Planning

Group a Dolphin service order around cabin filtration, inspected brake wear, tire-pressure equipment and windscreen washing.

Dolphin EV Service Parts Order Planning component reference
Representative component group; identify each assembly independently.

Prepare a Dolphin-specific service list

This battery-electric hatchback does not need a combustion-engine filter and ignition kit. Order diagnosed or scheduled items, not every part that appears in a generic maintenance bundle.

Match cabin media to the tray

Compare the removed element dimensions, perimeter gasket and airflow marking before selecting standard or carbon media. A filter sold for Dolphin and another BYD model still needs an installed-marking and tray check. Agree media grade separately from fitment.

Keep TPMS identification with the wheel record

Record the sensor label, original sales market and valve hardware. Confirm protocol, configuration state and relearn requirements before specifying a set. Do not standardize the whole order to an assumed frequency simply because all vehicles carry a Dolphin badge.

Use inspection findings for brake quantities

Separate front and rear pad and disc records and keep the installed caliper identity. Regenerative braking does not identify friction dimensions or establish remaining service life. Mixed fleets should retain a measured rotor and pad profile for each brake application.

Check washing and sweep equipment

Identify front linkage or rear motor, the steering market, washer outlet arrangement and tank contents. A complete washer bottle with motor is not the same order line as a bare tank or a replacement pump. Keep wiper blade and clip requests under the identified wiper system rather than creating unrelated kit descriptions.

Connected assembly checks

Keep Brake Pads and Brake Discs matched to the installed Brake Caliper, then identify the Brake Hose by the same wheel corner and fitting orientation.

A rear brake order may separate the Parking Brake Actuator from the Brake Caliper; record the axle-specific Brake Pads and Brake Discs without assuming they are included in the caliper assembly.

Identify the Washer Pump and Washer Reservoir by their actual outlets and sockets, then retain front or rear system details with Wiper Motor & Linkage. Check filler access and routing around the Hood area when replacing damaged body hardware.

Continue the parts list

Return to the Dolphin system directory for other assemblies. Use the OE and VIN checklist for missing identification and the quotation guide for commercial and freight records.
