Chery Tiggo 4 Brake, Chassis & Steering Selection
Tiggo 4 chassis inquiries need the exact axle, side, drive configuration and removed hardware.

Begin at the installed wheel corner
Wheel size or a parking-brake button does not identify pads, rotors, calipers or sensors. Keep backing-plate outline, rotor measurements and caliper marking together before agreeing an axle set.
Separate hydraulic and parking-brake contents
A bare caliper, its carrier and a motor-equipped rear assembly are different quotations. A parking actuator must follow the actual caliper drive interface. The master cylinder and booster need their own system labels; a reservoir photo cannot approve conventional petrol braking hardware for an HEV.
Keep the strut and spring decisions independent
Compare the front strut mounting, spring seat, upper support and bearing contents. Springs follow the fitted load specification, not free height alone. Petrol, hybrid and converted commercial vehicles should retain their actual suspension record when the order includes complete struts or axle pairs.
Locate the arm and joint
Identify the actual lower arm and the independent ball-joint retention design before choosing bare or equipped contents. A torsion-beam rear axle is not a generic multi-link parts list. Knuckles and support carriers need mounting geometry and wheel-bearing interfaces preserved in the same corner record.
Separate drive interfaces from vibration descriptions
The shaft spline and working length must follow the installed gearbox or HEV drive unit. A hub bearing must match its encoder and mounting format. Engine and transmission supports are separate selections; a vibration complaint does not identify a shaft, wheel bearing or mount automatically.
Keep steering-market identity explicit
The EPS description does not locate an assist motor on the rack. Record the fitted rack, LHD/RHD orientation, tie-rod thread and mounting centres. Wheel-speed and TPMS sensors also need distinct pickup or radio-system records rather than being grouped as interchangeable wheel electronics.
Connected selection questions
Match brake pads to the fitted brake discs and axle.
Retain the brake caliper marking when the backing-plate or carrier arrangement changes.
Match the brake caliper fluid port to the routed brake hose at the same wheel corner.
A motor-only parking brake actuator must retain its rear-caliper drive interface.
Identify the brake master cylinder independently from the brake booster assist arrangement.
A brake hose inquiry still follows its actual hydraulic corner.
