Chery Tiggo 4, Pro & HEV Identification
Begin a Tiggo 4 order with the complete sales name, original market, production label and VIN.

Vehicle and market boundaries
| Vehicle record | Configuration | Selection boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Tiggo 4 / Tiggo 4 Pro petrol | Exact sales name, build and original market | Keep the complete name and engine label. Earlier T17/T19 and supplier-listed T19FL records are not blanket interchange approvals. |
| Naturally aspirated / turbo petrol | Actual engine and intake equipment | An engine capacity is not an engine code. Turbocharger and charge-air cooler requests require installed turbo hardware. |
| Tiggo 4 Hybrid / HEV / CSH | Hybrid engine and dedicated drive assembly | Do not transfer conventional alternator, starter, clutch or belt-driven compressor selections. Ordinary wear/body parts still need the exact hybrid build. |
| Transmission and drive | MT, CVT, DCT or DHT label; actual driven axle | Manual clutch contents exclude CVT/DCT/DHT. Filters, mounts and shafts follow the installed gearbox or drive unit. |
| Body and steering market | Front/rear revision, full vehicle photos and LHD/RHD | Pro, revised fronts and hybrid bodies need their actual lamp, bumper and door interfaces; shared family names do not select body geometry. |
| Tiggo 5x / Cross and other naming | Original registration, VIN and manufacturer record | Use another market name to locate information, then verify the exact application. Exclude other numbered Tiggo models and unrelated rebadges without explicit evidence. |
Keep the complete vehicle identity
Tiggo 4, Tiggo 4 Pro and later hybrid descriptions can omit differences that affect the assembly. Retain overall front and rear photographs with the registration or manufacturer record rather than selecting parts from the badge alone.
Separate name discovery from fitment
A Tiggo 5x or Cross description can help locate an earlier or regional vehicle record. It is not permission to transfer a part from another named model. Supplier T17, T19 or T19FL labels also need the actual build and installed component identity. Keep conflicting descriptions on separate inquiry lines until they are resolved.
Identify the combustion engine
Naturally aspirated and turbo petrol engines have different intake, injection, boost and accessory selections. A 1.5-litre label does not establish one engine or emissions specification. Photograph the engine code and retain original market information before comparing plugs, coils, pumps, injectors or exhaust sensors.
Do not turn HEV into ordinary petrol
The hybrid retains a combustion engine but uses a different drive and accessory arrangement. Its DHT cannot be selected with a manual clutch or conventional CVT record. Conventional starters, alternators and belt-driven compressors require independent applicability; high-voltage equipment needs a separate supply assessment.
Keep chassis and body records together
The documented Australian petrol and hybrid examples use front struts and a torsion-beam rear layout. That example must not be expanded to every earlier build or another Tiggo model. Record the fitted axle, brakes, spring load and actual body revision, including lamp sections and steering-market differences.
Repeat accepted specifications, not assumptions
A repeat purchase should retain the accepted vehicle and assembly records alongside quantities and packing. Revised engines, new fascia designs and uncertain substitutions belong on new lines. When a catalogue number disagrees with the installed marking, clarify the difference before approving the order.
