Chery Tiggo 7 Cooling & HVAC Circuit Selection
Tiggo 7 thermal requests should name the circuit and component function before dimensions are compared.

Identify coolant, refrigerant or airflow first
An engine radiator, charge-air cooler and A/C condenser can all have fins but serve different media. Hybrid circulation adds further loop boundaries; retain actual hose routing, electrical drive and installed equipment labels.
Compare the front pack as connected equipment
Radiator, cooling fan, condenser and turbo air cooler must fit the same front-body and powertrain revision. Keep ports, controller sockets, shroud tabs and carrier mounts together. A matching core width alone can still leave the wrong gearbox-cooler fitting, air duct or refrigerant connection.
Trace coolant circulation and pressure control
Locate the engine or low-voltage auxiliary pump and the reservoir it serves. Record actual drive type, housing, cap and hose map rather than selecting every small pump as a hybrid part. A mechanical thermostat and electronic routing device need their own identification before complete housing or insert contents are agreed.
Verify compressor drive without hybrid assumptions
A mechanically driven compressor follows its actual belt, pulley and engine application. A PHEV may use different electrical equipment, while MHEV naming alone cannot select the fitted drive. High-voltage compressor and heating units require separate supply capability and handling confirmation, outside an ordinary mechanical-component quotation.
Keep cabin cores and housings separate
The evaporator serves refrigerant, while a heater core requires a confirmed coolant-fed arrangement. The HVAC case and steering market determine tube and mounting geometry. A high-voltage heater is not a coolant core selected from a similar dashboard shape, and a different cabin revision cannot establish the same exchanger fit.
Separate airflow control from pressure sensing
The blower wheel, motor and controller need the installed cabin-air record and diagnosed function. A refrigerant pressure transducer serves a different circuit and socket application. Itemize receiver, controller, sensor, seal and bracket contents so equipped assemblies are not compared against bare cores or motors without matching their quotation scope.
Connected selection questions
Identify the cabin air filter tray before comparing cabin airflow with the blower motor.
Keep the diagnosed blower control module separate from filter-media selection.
Compare the radiator and radiator cooling fan within the fitted front pack.
Preserve the separate refrigerant connections of the A/C condenser.
Trace the water pump circuit to its actual coolant reservoir.
Match the thermostat / housing housing and opening requirement to the same identified engine loop.
