Chery Tiggo 7 Injection, Turbo & Electrical Selection
Tiggo 7 engine requests should retain the full engine marking, build and original emissions market.

Preserve engine and original emissions identity
The 1.5T name can span different control and intake equipment; 1.6TGDI and hybrid engines require their own records. Identify the diagnosed assembly and component position before consolidating an engine-parts list.
Separate low and high pressure fuel stages
The tank module, pump insert, sender and strainer serve the low-pressure delivery side. A confirmed direct-injection engine can also need an engine-mounted high-pressure pump with a separate drive and union record. Turbocharging alone does not establish direct injection; keep these two pressure stages on clearly different inquiry lines.
Match injectors to the installed pressure system
Port and direct injectors differ in their rail, nozzle, sealing and control requirements. Retain the complete injector marking and actual engine rather than selecting a set from socket count. Relevant test records and single-versus-engine-set contents should follow the accepted fuel application, not a generic turbo replacement description.
Identify boost and intake measuring positions
A turbocharger needs its label, actuator and fluid/flange record. The intercooler follows the charge-air path and front carrier, while manifold and charge-air pressure sensors need their actual measuring location. Matching a hose diameter or electrical socket cannot approve every intake control component in the same order.
Keep ignition and exhaust sensing roles distinct
Crank and cam pickups need their trigger position and engine revision. The oxygen or air-fuel sensor follows upstream/downstream function and emissions identity. Retain labels and routed leads instead of selecting every engine sensor from a similar plastic connector or treating all starting complaints as ignition-coil requests.
Do not substitute conventional units for hybrid equipment
Ordinary petrol alternator and starter requests require their actual installed assembly and engine/gearbox pairing. The Colombian 48V MHEV and dedicated plug-in drive arrangements need different identification. Exclude unverified hybrid starting or charging applications rather than assuming a familiar conventional unit because the vehicle also has a petrol engine.
Connected selection questions
Name the exact exhaust position of the oxygen sensor.
The MAP / intake pressure sensor and throttle body instead follow their actual engine-intake locations.
Identify the camshaft position sensor position separately from the crankshaft position sensor.
A trigger complaint does not establish the ignition coil specification.
A fuel pump / tank module tank-module inquiry concerns the low-pressure stage, not an engine-mounted high-pressure fuel pump.
Retain the actual pressure-system record with the fuel injector request.
