Tiggo 7 / Pro / Pro Max • Petrol, MHEV and PHEV identified separately
Chery Tiggo 7 Engine & Gearbox Service Parts
A Tiggo 7 maintenance list should separate engine intake and lubrication, cabin ventilation, petrol filtration, ignition, accessory drive, engine timing and gearbox service.

Divide the service list by system
The engine and gearbox labels belong with each item. An engine-set description does not establish that every supplied filter or belt serves the same build.
Do not confuse engine and transmission filters
Some manufacturer catalogues classify a gearbox element under oil filters. Its pickup, mounting and service position still make it a transmission item, not an engine lubrication element. Confirm housing and filter location before comparing a spin-on engine filter, engine cartridge, cabin element or CVT/DCT service component.
Keep fuel and ignition specifications separate
An inline petrol filter needs its separately serviceable location identified; a module strainer is different tank-pump contents. Plugs and coils need the actual engine, heat range, thread, socket and boot record. Neither a turbo badge nor a matching connector approves ignition parts across 1.5T, 1.6TGDI and hybrid engines.
Record the actual accessory and timing drives
A 48V starter-generator can change the accessory belt route and tensioner loading. Keep that drive record separate from conventional charging equipment. Engine timing kits require the actual drive format and component identities; accessory-belt listings or a catalogue heading cannot prove a chain or belt application by themselves.
Keep MT, CVT, DCT and DHT boundaries explicit
A conventional clutch kit belongs only to an identified earlier manual gearbox. CVT, dual-clutch and dedicated hybrid drives require their own filter, support and service records. Even two DCT gearboxes with different engine or build pairings may have different accepted filter and mounting contents.
Retain useful records for recurring quantities
Store the accepted element dimensions, filter location, engine/gearbox label and agreed kit contents with the quotation. Media grade, quantities and packing can then change without silently substituting another application. Keep unusual hybrid or uncertain timing requests separate rather than adding them to a universal Tiggo 7 maintenance kit.
Connected selection questions
Pair the engine air filter housing record with the actual engine oil filter engine application.
A separately serviceable fuel filter retains its own location and connection evidence.
Retain the engine-specific spark plugs specification when requesting an ignition coil.
The crankshaft position sensor belongs to a different trigger-system decision.
Match the accessory drive belt route to its belt tensioner pulley line.
An ordinary alternator request does not identify a 48V starter-generator belt layout.
Assemblies to identify separately
| Assembly | Application | Selection record |
|---|---|---|
| Engine Air Filter | Identified combustion engine and intake housing | Engine code, air-box perimeter, depth and sealing lip |
| Cabin Air Filter | Installed HVAC case and original steering market | Tray dimensions, airflow direction, frame and media |
| Engine Oil Filter | Exact engine lubrication circuit | Engine code, cartridge/spin-on format, dimensions and seal |
| Fuel Filter | Only a confirmed separately serviceable petrol element | Installed location, marking, hose ports and flow direction |
| Transmission Filter | Identified serviceable CVT/DCT/DHT filter | Gearbox label, filter position, pickup and mounting |
| Spark Plugs | Exact combustion engine and ignition specification | Engine marking, thread, reach, seat and heat range |
| Ignition Coil | Installed engine and plug-well arrangement | Full label, socket key, fixing and boot reach |
| Accessory Drive Belt | Actual petrol or MHEV accessory route identified | Engine, complete belt code, rib count and route |
| Belt Tensioner | Installed accessory tensioner or idler | Engine bracket, pulley line, width, arm travel and mounting |
| Timing Chain Kit | Only confirmed chain-driven engine and timing revision | Engine label, chain format, guides, tensioner and sprockets |
| Manual Clutch Kit | Identified earlier manual gearbox only | Engine/MT code, disc spline, flywheel, cover and release system |
