Tiggo 8 / Pro / Pro Max • Petrol, PHEV / CSH identified separately
Chery Tiggo 8 Cooling & HVAC Circuit Selection
Identify the engine coolant, charge-air and refrigerant circuits separately.

Trace the loop before selecting an exchanger
Record hose or pipe connections, mounts and front-pack revision. On Tiggo 8, an earlier CVT petrol installation and a CSH thermal system cannot be identified by a similar radiator outline.
Separate engine pumps from auxiliary circulation
Establish pump drive and operating circuit before specifying housing, impeller and ports. An auxiliary low-voltage hybrid circulation pump is different from a conventional engine pump. High-voltage thermal equipment requires a separate confirmed supply assessment and is not included by inference.
Keep bottle, cap and coolant control in one circuit
A reservoir needs its own pressure rating, hose map and sensor contents. Thermostat inserts, full housings and controlled routing assemblies require distinct identification. Several bottles in a hybrid engine bay do not establish that one expansion tank can serve every loop.
Identify mechanical versus high-voltage compressor drive
For an accepted belt-driven petrol compressor, record pulley, mounting, control and refrigerant ports. Pro e+ or CSH high-voltage electric equipment must not be selected from that image or conventional bracket. Retain the actual compressor label and service handling requirements before expanding the quotation.
Record front and rear climate-case positions
Some documented Tiggo 8 market grades include third-row A/C. Determine whether the requested component belongs to a front dashboard case or an actual rear unit. Rear outlets alone do not prove a second blower, evaporator or coolant-fed heater; photograph the installed case and piping.
Keep airflow diagnosis separate from filter media
Cabin filter dimensions follow the tray, while blower wheel depth and controller identity follow the case and electrical system. A restricted filter and a failed controller are different purchasing decisions. Packing should protect exchanger fins, pipe blocks, plastic flanges and motor wheels according to the selected contents.
Connected selection questions
Cabin airflow requests should retain the cabin air filter tray and the actual front or rear blower motor case.
Diagnose the blower control module as a separate electrical item.
Record the cooling-pack mounts when selecting the radiator and radiator cooling fan.
The A/C condenser retains separate refrigerant ports and receiver contents.
Trace the selected coolant loop from water pump to coolant reservoir.
The engine thermostat / housing needs that loop’s actual housing and control requirements.
