Chery Tiggo 8 Injection, Turbo & Electrical Selection
The earlier Russian 2.0T example uses port injection, while later TGDI and identified direct-injection hybrid engines have different pressure equipment.

Identify injection architecture before fuel components
Preserve the engine/rail record before selecting injectors or an engine-mounted high-pressure pump. Turbocharging alone does not establish direct injection.
Separate tank delivery from engine pressure generation
A tank module may include sender, strainer and pump insert. Specify those contents against its flange, outlet and marking. The direct-injection high-pressure stage has a mechanical drive and different unions; it is not a second version of the same low-pressure tank assembly.
Retain the turbo and charge-air path together
Match turbo label, actuator, exhaust flanges and oil/coolant connections with the engine. Trace charge-air ports and any exchanger mounting before accepting an intercooler. Older 2.0T, later TGDI and hybrid engine records remain separate even where their front packs look alike.
Locate each sensor by its actual role
Upstream and downstream exhaust pickups have different control functions. Manifold and charge-air pressure positions, crank triggers and intake/exhaust cam pickups each need a complete marking and connector record. A diagnosis code or terminal count does not establish the replacement component.
Restrict conventional charging and starting assemblies
An ordinary petrol alternator needs output, pulley, bracket and control-plug identity. A pinion starter needs engine/gearbox, fixing and ring-gear interface. Neither item is approved for Pro e+ or CSH merely because a combustion engine remains present; retain the installed hybrid starting/charging record separately.
Keep electrical and fuel packing boundaries explicit
Protect sensor tips, sockets and actuator connections while keeping accepted labels traceable. Cap fuel and fluid ports and agree dry transport condition where necessary. The quotation should identify individual versus engine-set quantities without claiming an unverified calibration, output or universal fit.
Connected selection questions
Identify exhaust control position for the oxygen sensor.
Intake MAP / intake pressure sensor and throttle body requests instead need their actual engine locations and actuator or signal record.
Separate the camshaft position sensor mounting from the crankshaft position sensor trigger.
Keep the ignition coil selection tied to the accepted ignition system, not a trigger complaint.
The tank fuel pump / tank module handles low-pressure delivery.
Only confirmed direct injection supports an engine-mounted high-pressure fuel pump; match the fuel injector to that actual pressure architecture.
