Chery Tiggo 8 Engine & Gearbox Service Parts
Separate engine intake, lubrication, fuel delivery, cabin ventilation and gearbox filtration before counting quantities.

Make a service list around installed housings
For a Tiggo 8 mixed service order, attach each removed element to its housing photograph and the corresponding engine or transmission label. A general engine-service kit should not hide those different replacement positions.
Distinguish engine oil from gearbox oil filtration
Manufacturer filter headings sometimes group transmission elements under oil filters. Identify their service position, pickup and sealing format before choosing a replacement. A Pro/e+ transmission cartridge listing is not an engine oil reference and does not approve every CVT, DCT or CSH drive unit.
Order ignition against the combustion engine
Plugs require accepted thread, reach, seat and heat-range information. Coils require the original socket, fixing and boot length. Earlier port-injected petrol, later TGDI and hybrid engines must retain separate ignition records; neither a turbo badge nor a common nominal capacity selects one combined set.
Keep accessory and engine timing kits distinct
The accessory belt follows the actual pulley route and its own tensioner. A chain kit follows confirmed engine timing architecture, with every guide, sprocket and tensioner itemized. Retain the accessory equipment actually fitted to the Tiggo 8 engine; a belt category name does not establish its engine timing drive.
Restrict conventional clutch contents to manual vehicles
The documented Chilean 1.5T MT supports a manual-clutch inquiry only after its gearbox, disc spline, flywheel and release system are identified. DCT internal clutch equipment, CVT components and dedicated hybrid drives are not alternatives selected from that conventional clutch kit.
Preserve accepted contents for repeat stock orders
Keep filter dimensions, engine/gearbox marking, element count and sealing contents with the accepted quotation. Media grade and packing quantities can then be discussed without losing application identity. Where serviceability or a part number remains uncertain, request the installed item rather than adding a universal Tiggo 8 kit.
Connected selection questions
Before consolidating service quantities, identify the engine air filter air box and engine oil filter engine housing independently.
Add a fuel filter only where its separate service position is confirmed.
Keep the accepted spark plugs thread and heat range with the ignition coil boot and socket.
The crankshaft position sensor instead requires the engine trigger record.
Compare the fitted pulley route when ordering a accessory drive belt and belt tensioner.
A conventional alternator must retain its own bracket and control identity.
Assemblies to identify separately
| Assembly | Application | Selection record |
|---|---|---|
| Engine Air Filter | Identified combustion engine and intake housing | Engine code, air-box perimeter, depth and sealing lip |
| Cabin Air Filter | Installed HVAC case and original steering market | Tray dimensions, airflow direction, frame and media |
| Engine Oil Filter | Exact engine lubrication circuit | Engine code, cartridge/spin-on format, dimensions and seal |
| Fuel Filter | Only a confirmed separately serviceable petrol element | Installed location, marking, hose ports and flow direction |
| Transmission Filter | Identified serviceable CVT/DCT/DHT filter | Gearbox label, filter position, pickup and mounting |
| Spark Plugs | Exact combustion engine and ignition specification | Engine marking, thread, reach, seat and heat range |
| Ignition Coil | Installed engine and plug-well arrangement | Full label, socket key, fixing and boot reach |
| Accessory Drive Belt | Actual petrol or PHEV accessory route identified | Engine, complete belt code, rib count and route |
| Belt Tensioner | Installed accessory tensioner or idler | Engine bracket, pulley line, width, arm travel and mounting |
| Timing Chain Kit | Only confirmed chain-driven engine and timing revision | Engine label, chain format, guides, tensioner and sprockets |
| Manual Clutch Kit | Identified manual gearbox only | Engine/MT code, disc spline, flywheel, cover and release system |

Auto parts inquiry
Send the vehicle and part evidence.
Include brand, full model, year, engine or EV drivetrain, OE/material code, quantity, destination and packing request. You can attach a list or old-part photos.
