Chery Arrizo sedans • Numbered models and powertrains kept separate
Arrizo Petrol, 48V, PHEV & BEV Parts Boundaries
Trace the removed radiator, pump, reservoir or fan to the circuit it actually serves.

Identify which circuit is being repaired
A combustion-engine coolant circuit, cabin heating loop, battery thermal loop and refrigerant circuit are different requests. Record inlet and outlet positions, electrical connections and the original assembly marking; the vehicle name alone does not establish the same heat exchanger.
Keep the 48V system separate from ordinary charging
The documented Brazilian Arrizo 6 Pro Hybrid retains its 1.5 TCI engine and CVT alongside 48V equipment. Its belt starter-generator request is not selected from an ordinary petrol alternator or starter page. For accessory parts, preserve the real pulley route, belt and tensioner information rather than assuming the conventional petrol layout.
Do not order petrol service items for the 5e
A 5e battery-electric order can include identified cabin filtration, door equipment or conventional wheel-end assemblies. It does not include combustion-engine intake and oil filters, spark plugs, fuel pumps or exhaust oxygen sensors. A coolant pump on that vehicle must be described by its actual electric circuit and connector, not treated as an engine water pump.
Separate mechanical and electric compressors
A mechanically driven compressor needs pulley, mounting, ports, refrigerant and control information. An electric high-voltage compressor is a different assembly and is outside an assumed ordinary replacement programme. Cabin evaporators, condensers and blower equipment also retain their actual housing, pressure-control and refrigerant specification; external similarity is insufficient.
Preserve the historical 7e and later CSH records
The earlier 7e has its own production and charging identity. Later Arrizo 8 CSH requests require the actual dedicated hybrid drive and installed thermal circuits. Earlier PHEV development announcements cannot approve every production CSH gearbox or cooling unit. Photograph the installed label and circuit connections before discussing ordinary low-voltage assemblies.
Agree the complete thermal assembly contents
State whether the order includes a bare exchanger, fan and shroud, pump and seals, reservoir and cap, or a complete HVAC component. Keep pressure connections capped and fins supported. Battery packs, traction electronics, charging units, high-voltage heating and unconfirmed 48V generating hardware require separate technical, warranty and handling confirmation.
Connected assembly comparisons
Identify the circuit and connections of the radiator before deciding whether the quoted assembly includes the radiator cooling fan.
Keep the coolant reservoir cap, ports and circuit position with that same record; a BEV battery loop is not an assumed combustion-engine cooling system.
Confirm mechanical or electric drive and circuit position for the water pump.
An engine thermostat / housing controls its identified combustion coolant route, while a coolant-fed heater core is distinct from electric cabin heating; neither engine component is an ordinary 5e assumption.
Restrict the A/C compressor inquiry here to a confirmed mechanically driven installation.
Match the A/C condenser ports and drier contents to the actual refrigerant circuit, and preserve the separate socket and pressure interface of the A/C pressure sensor.
