Chery Arrizo sedans • Numbered models and powertrains kept separate
Arrizo Sedan Body, Lighting & Trunk Equipment
Arrizo 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have their own sedan body records.

Photograph the front and rear revision
Pro naming and a facelift can change lamps, bumpers, grille and their surrounding brackets together. Keep full front/rear photographs and production information with each body order; a visually similar fascia cannot approve cross-model panel fitment.
Record lamp equipment and market approval
Identify halogen or LED construction, connector, mounting points and module contents. Headlamp beam pattern and LHD/RHD destination remain important, while tail-lamp sections may be body-mounted or trunk-mounted. A fog-lamp opening in a bumper is not proof that the matching lamp, wiring and bracket are present on every grade.
Specify bumper and grille contents separately
A bumper cover is not a crash beam, complete front end or structural reinforcement. Agree sensor openings, grille inserts, brackets and finish before quoting. Keep parking-sensor mounts and camera positions with the actual revision. Large covers, fenders and hoods need supported edges and accepted packing dimensions, not an assumed assembled-body package.
Distinguish the boot lid from an SUV hatch
Arrizo sedan trunk lids do not have the SUV tailgate window and rear-wiper assembly boundary. Identify hinges, latch, trim, camera and any trunk-mounted lamp interfaces. Check whether the actual support uses gas struts or spring-loaded hinges; a generic lift-support shape cannot establish the vehicle mechanism.
Retain door, mirror and window equipment
Record front/rear door, side, connector and glass-lift mechanism before comparing shells, handles, locks and regulators. Mirror heating, folding, camera and control functions vary by equipment. One-touch or anti-pinch window operation also needs its actual motor and controller interfaces; a basic regulator should not silently include those functions.
Keep visibility and protection components identifiable
Front wiper linkage, washer pump and bottle require their mounting, outlet and electrical details. Wheel liners and lower shields need the engine/body clearance and complete fixing outline. Parking sensors and reversing cameras retain their original signal and mounting information. Where equipment is absent or uncertain, keep it out of an assumed common sedan kit.
Connected assembly comparisons
Compare the headlights with the actual front revision and market beam pattern.
The front bumper cover and front grille must retain the same lamp, sensor and bracket openings; a Pro suffix alone cannot approve a mixed front-end set.
Record body-mounted and trunk-mounted sections for the tail lights.
Keep the rear bumper revision and sensor openings with the correct trunk lid / boot lid trim and lamp interfaces; these sedan boot panels are not SUV hatch assemblies.
Confirm the installed bracket and wiring before adding fog lights to a bumper request.
The parking sensor needs its original mounting and connector, while the reversing camera has a separate signal and camera position; an opening does not establish equipped hardware.
