MG4 battery-electric hatchbacks • MSP, XPOWER and Urban identified separately
MG4 Coolant Temperature Sensor Wholesale
Identify MG4 coolant probes by loop position, sensing range, seat and connector. Keep standalone low-voltage sensing separate from integrated HV equipment.

Coolant Temperature Sensor: purchasing specification
| Check | Required record |
|---|---|
| Installed interface | Coolant-loop position, sensing range, seat, seal and electrical signal |
| Application boundary | Exact MSP RWD, XPOWER or Urban assembly identity, chassis/circuit and installed interfaces; no automatic cross-platform interchange |
| Vehicle identity | Full MG4 sales name, MSP/EH32 or Urban/E3 body, original market, build label, VIN and exact component marking. |
Compare probe reach, seal and retention format with the actual coolant circuit. A refrigerant pressure sensor or drive-unit internal sensor is not selected from this probe. Preserve the full electrical marking and installation position, then agree sensor-only or housing-equipped contents without assuming every thermal loop shares one calibration.
Applicable platform and drive records
| Vehicle programme | Retain with this assembly |
|---|---|
| MG4 EV Rear-Wheel Drive | MSP/EH32 five-door hatchback, original market, build revision, rear drive-unit label, chassis load and fitted equipment. Coolant-loop position, sensing range, seat, seal and electrical signal. |
| MG4 XPOWER AWD | Full XPOWER sales name, build label, front and rear drive units, performance brake package and tuned suspension. Coolant-loop position, sensing range, seat, seal and electrical signal. |
| MG4 EV Urban Front-Wheel Drive | Full Urban sales name, E3 body/build, original market, front drive unit, rear torsion beam and installed equipment. Coolant-loop position, sensing range, seat, seal and electrical signal. |
Exact MSP RWD, XPOWER or Urban assembly identity, chassis/circuit and installed interfaces; no automatic cross-platform interchange. Do not add absent equipment or extend an accepted reference to another MG4 body.
Connected assembly decisions
Keep a coolant temperature sensor with its real sensing position when identifying a coolant control valve or water pump.
A warning message alone cannot establish which separately supplied coolant component is required.
For the surrounding purchasing task, compare MG4 Thermal, Cabin & Low-Voltage Parts. Use MG4 platform and drive identification where body or axle architecture remains unresolved.
Compare related vehicle specifications
Keep accepted MG4 interfaces when comparing coolant temperature sensor and related applications. Other models remain separate in the MG parts directory.
Supply contents and packing
Specify sensor and seal contents; protect the probe and socket in separate packing.
Prepare the parts inquiry
Send the vehicle record and coolant-loop position, sensing range, seat, seal and electrical signal, together with complete label and interface photographs. Use the OE and VIN identification checklist where markings are incomplete.
State quantities, accepted contents and destination with the remaining MG4 order; price and availability require an actual quotation.
Bulk inquiry
Send your OE list, model list or sample photos.
We quote by vehicle model, OE number, part type, quantity and target market. Uploading a spreadsheet or ZIP package is optional.
