MG4 Thermal, Cabin & Low-Voltage Parts
Prepare MG4 cabin-filter, cooling, refrigerant and ordinary low-voltage requests. Separate circuit identity and heat-pump equipment from controlled HV units.

Separate cabin service from engine service
The service filter in an MG4 cabin request belongs to the HVAC tray. These BEVs do not call for combustion-engine intake, lubrication, ignition or fuel-delivery items. Identify the removed filter perimeter, thickness, airflow and media grade before selecting an earlier MSP or Urban cabin element.
Trace each fluid before matching a finned core
Coolant radiators, refrigerant condensers and cabin evaporators serve different circuits. Heat-pump equipment can change the accepted refrigerant arrangement. Retain hose or line joints and the exact platform cooling package; similar core dimensions do not establish function or interchange.
Identify ordinary pumps, valves and probes independently
A standalone low-voltage coolant pump needs its own circuit label, ports and electrical marking. Match routing valves and temperature probes to their real installed positions rather than a warning message. Complete integrated HV thermal modules and electric compressors/heaters need separately confirmed supply, not a generic pump or exchanger quotation.
Keep cabin airflow and control contents explicit
The blower wheel, motor, speed controller and filter tray have different interfaces. Retain the steering-market case and sockets before agreeing a controller with or without a motor. A front cooling fan is not a cabin blower, and similar fins on two electronic modules do not establish matching control functions.
Do not confuse ordinary electrical loads with the traction system
A horn or door switch pack needs voltage, socket and bracket or trim-seat confirmation. A horn is not a pedestrian-alert speaker; a window switch is not a regulator motor. HV batteries, inverters, traction drives, charging inlets and converters require separate business, transport and configuration confirmation.
Related assembly decisions
On an identified MSP front end, the active grille shutter regulates the opening ahead of the radiator; the radiator cooling fan supplies airflow separately.
A passive bumper insert or shared core size cannot choose the shutter frame and actuator.
The cabin air filter seals the HVAC intake tray, the blower motor moves cabin air and the blower control module controls its speed.
Keep the actual case and electrical interfaces with all three requests rather than using an engine-filter specification.
The radiator cooling fan has to align with the accepted radiator and A/C condenser package.
Similar fins do not make the coolant and refrigerant exchangers interchangeable; preserve their different pipe joints and mounting layers.
Trace the low-voltage water pump, coolant reservoir and coolant control valve within the same identified coolant loop.
Do not assemble a battery or drive-unit cooling set from visually similar components belonging to different circuits.
