Assembly and quantity
Specify a/c evaporator quantities by confirmed vehicle application. List the included assembly pieces, sample requirement and destination separately.
Nissan Patrol ยท Engine, Cooling & Air Conditioning
Identify front or rear climate equipment and the exact HVAC case. Compare core dimensions, pipe exits, expansion-valve interface and sensor provisions.
Start with front or rear HVAC position; compare core and pipe geometry and valve and sensor interfaces before confirming the order.

| Selection record | What to include |
|---|---|
| Front or rear HVAC position | Record front or rear HVAC position from the vehicle or installed assembly, and retain any readable identification. |
| Core and pipe geometry | Show core and pipe geometry in clear photos; provide dimensions or markings when they determine the interface. |
| Valve and sensor interfaces | Specify valve and sensor interfaces, including any separate fittings or hardware required in the quotation. |
A rear air-conditioning evaporator is not selected from a front HVAC core listing.
Keep the full chassis identifier, build date and market with the inquiry, along with any component-specific vehicle details. The Patrol vehicle-identification guide explains the Y60, Y61, Y62 and Y63 boundaries and how to record modifications.
Use the cooling and air conditioning guide when preparing related components for the same vehicle.
Send an overall component photo and clear connection or mounting views. For this A/C evaporator request, keep core and pipe geometry and valve and sensor interfaces with the vehicle record. Mark missing details rather than selecting a number from another Patrol generation.
If the repair includes other components, keep their specifications on separate order lines. Matching one assembly does not establish compatibility for the rest.
Patrol A/C Compressor: compare refrigerant and compressor reference and drive, control and connector for that order line.
Patrol Blower Motor: compare front or rear HVAC and drive side and wheel dimensions and rotation for that order line.
Patrol Cabin Air Filter: compare HVAC case and market and single or paired element for that order line.
Specify a/c evaporator quantities by confirmed vehicle application. List the included assembly pieces, sample requirement and destination separately.
Protect corners and keep refrigerant openings capped.
Agree acceptable substitutions and sample requirements before bulk approval. Use the quality-control checklist to specify inspection points, or return to the Patrol component directory for the remaining order lines.
For a mixed-vehicle order, compare A/C compressors and related climate parts for other models. Keep each vehicle application and approved specification separate; similar appearance does not make parts interchangeable.
