Assembly and quantity
Specify map / boost pressure sensor quantities by confirmed vehicle application. List the included assembly pieces, sample requirement and destination separately.
Nissan Patrol ยท Engine, Cooling & Air Conditioning
Establish the measuring location and pressure range before selecting a manifold or boost sensor. Identify temperature-sensing integration and connector keying.
Start with engine and sensor location; compare pressure specification and temperature function and connector and mounting before confirming the order.

| Selection record | What to include |
|---|---|
| Engine and sensor location | Record engine and sensor location from the vehicle or installed assembly, and retain any readable identification. |
| Pressure specification and temperature function | Show pressure specification and temperature function in clear photos; provide dimensions or markings when they determine the interface. |
| Connector and mounting | Specify connector and mounting, including any separate fittings or hardware required in the quotation. |
A naturally aspirated manifold sensor is not automatically suitable for a turbo boost circuit.
Keep the full chassis identifier, build date and market with the inquiry, along with any component-specific vehicle details. The Patrol vehicle-identification guide explains the Y60, Y61, Y62 and Y63 boundaries and how to record modifications.
Use the engine and injection differences guide when preparing related components for the same vehicle.
Send an overall component photo and clear connection or mounting views. For this MAP / boost pressure sensor request, keep pressure specification and temperature function and connector and mounting with the vehicle record. Mark missing details rather than selecting a number from another Patrol generation.
If the repair includes other components, keep their specifications on separate order lines. Matching one assembly does not establish compatibility for the rest.
Patrol Intercooler / Charge-Air Cooler: compare turbo engine and cooler circuit and core dimensions and position for that order line.
Patrol Turbocharger: compare factory turbo engine and position and turbo label and actuator for that order line.
Patrol Mass Air Flow Sensor: compare engine and intake arrangement and sensor or housing assembly for that order line.
Patrol Throttle Body: compare engine and control function and bore, mounting and pipe layout for that order line.
Specify map / boost pressure sensor quantities by confirmed vehicle application. List the included assembly pieces, sample requirement and destination separately.
Protect the pressure opening and sealing O-ring.
Agree acceptable substitutions and sample requirements before bulk approval. Use the quality-control checklist to specify inspection points, or return to the Patrol component directory for the remaining order lines.
For a mixed-vehicle order, compare replacement sensors for other models. Keep each vehicle application and approved specification separate; similar appearance does not make parts interchangeable.
