Arrizo Injection, Turbo & Charging Selection
An engine capacity or turbo badge does not establish the fuel system.

Identify port injection or direct injection
The documented Arrizo 3 and ordinary 5 examples use port injection, while an identified Arrizo 8 TGDI request has a different high-pressure boundary. Keep engine and injector markings, rail connections and drive arrangement before discussing a pump or injector specification.
Keep tank delivery and engine high pressure apart
A fuel tank module is selected by flange, tank position, level sender, outlet and socket. A cam-driven high-pressure pump belongs only to an identified direct-injection engine and needs its drive follower, flange and pressure connections. Neither component should be substituted for the other, and neither is an ordinary 5e battery-electric request.
Order the turbo and charge-air circuit together carefully
Confirm the actual turbo engine, manifold, oil/coolant lines and wastegate or electronic actuator. Match an intercooler to the fitted charge-air route and pipe connections, not merely to a radiator-shaped appearance. Naturally aspirated 3/5 examples do not acquire a turbocharger or charge-air cooler from a related numbered sedan.
Preserve sensor position and interface
An upstream/downstream oxygen sensor, manifold-pressure sensor and crank or cam position sensor have different signals and installation positions. Keep harness length, socket keying, probe or mounting depth and original marking. A shared sensor category cannot approve one device across the Arrizo family or across unrelated positions on the same engine.
Separate conventional generating and starting units
An ordinary petrol alternator requires output, regulator/control, pulley and mounting information; a starter requires tooth, flange and rotation records. Brazilian 48V belt starter-generator hardware and plug-in electric starting systems are not approved by these conventional pages. Preserve the actual low-voltage specification and do not infer a conventional starter from a hybrid engine alone.
Keep mounts and engine-side equipment in scope
Engine supports, throttle bodies and fuel components retain their exact engine-side and electrical interfaces. Identify whether an engine mount, transmission mount or separate structural carrier is requested. High-voltage drive equipment, complete engine overhaul and unconfirmed generating assemblies require a separate confirmed programme rather than inclusion in an ordinary consumables order.
Connected assembly comparisons
Keep upstream/downstream position and harness length with the oxygen sensor.
The MAP / intake pressure sensor reads its identified intake pressure interface, while the crankshaft position sensor retains mounting and signal details; a shared engine category does not make these sensors interchangeable.
A high-pressure fuel pump belongs only to confirmed direct injection and cannot be inferred from a turbo badge.
Preserve port or direct-injection identity with the fuel injector, and record the independent electrical and flange interfaces of the throttle body.
A conventional alternator must stay outside unverified 48V, plug-in and BEV generating arrangements.
On confirmed turbo engines, retain the turbocharger actuator and fluid interfaces with the actual charge-air route used by the intercooler / charge-air cooler; naturally aspirated 3/5 examples do not acquire that equipment.
