Separate ignition layouts, filters, accessory drives and manual or CVT service requirements.
Separate ignition systems
Identify the engine before setting the plug and coil quantities. Early i-DSI and later i-VTEC arrangements should not share an assumed service pack. Inspect the existing plug specification, coil position and connector.
Identify the gearbox before servicing it
A manual clutch kit, gasoline CVT filter and hybrid transmission component are different requests. Record the transmission code and filter location. Never apply a generic CVT service list to i-DCD or e:HEV.
Define repeat-order packs
Keep filter dimensions and media specification with each engine application. Specify individual and carton quantities, rather than treating every Fit/Jazz service pack as the same item.

Choose filter interfaces, ignition layout and gearbox service items before building repeat-order packs.

For conventional manual-transmission Fit/Jazz applications, specify the disc, pressure plate and release component included. Hybrid dual-clutch assemblies are outside this kit scope. Check manual gearbox code; Disc diameter and spline; Release bearing inclusion. |
