MG ZS SUVs • Petrol, EV and Hybrid+ identified separately
MG ZS Subframe Wholesale
Identify MG ZS carriers by location, pivots and body mounting. Distinguish ordinary suspension frames from rear beams and EV battery structural parts.

Subframe: purchasing specification
| Check | Required record |
|---|---|
| Installed interface | Axle, build, suspension pickups and drivetrain interfaces |
| Application boundary | Ordinary chassis carrier only; HV battery structure and powertrain modules excluded |
| Vehicle identity | Modern SUV generation, full sales name, original market, production label and VIN; retain the actual powertrain and equipment. |
A front carrier has its own control-arm and steering attachment interfaces. A rear beam is a different assembly. Retain mounting bushes and equipment clearances; battery structural protection remains outside an ordinary suspension-carrier order.
Powertrain selection records
| Application | Retain with this assembly |
|---|---|
| MG ZS Petrol / ZST | Petrol; SUV generation, original ZS/ZST/Astor market name, build, engine and MT/AT/CVT label. Axle, build, suspension pickups and drivetrain interfaces. |
| MG ZS EV | BEV; Electric SUV build, earlier or facelift body, battery/drive record and original market. Axle, build, suspension pickups and drivetrain interfaces. |
| MG ZS Hybrid+ | HEV; Full Hybrid+ sales name, newer SUV generation, 1.5 engine and dedicated hybrid transmission. Axle, build, suspension pickups and drivetrain interfaces. |
Ordinary chassis carrier only; HV battery structure and powertrain modules excluded. Keep each installed marking and interface with its original vehicle; absent equipment is not included in a common ZS kit.
Connected assembly decisions
Retain assistance architecture and LHD/RHD on the steering rack, then identify the tie rod end threads and taper.
Structural fixing to the subframe is a separate carrier comparison, not approval of a complete steering set.
The rear axle / torsion beam keeps its actual pivots and wheel-end plates, unlike a front subframe.
Match the coil spring seats and load record independently; a torsion-beam description does not establish a shared axle assembly.
Separate the position-specific engine mount from the transmission mount selected by gearbox or drive-unit casing.
Neither component is a complete subframe; quote rubber support and bracket contents explicitly.
For a mixed system order, compare MG ZS Brakes, Steering & Axle Selection. Use the SUV identification guide when the generation, market name or drivetrain is unresolved.
Compare other vehicle specifications
Retain the accepted ZS interfaces when comparing subframe and related vehicle applications. Keep other models separate in the MG parts directory.
Supply contents and packing
Agree bare/equipped carrier and inspection needs; use rigid datum-protecting transport supports.
Prepare the inquiry
Send the full vehicle record and axle, build, suspension pickups and drivetrain interfaces, with overall, label and connection photographs. Use the OE and VIN identification checklist when markings are incomplete.
State quantity, accepted assembly contents and destination with the remaining ZS order; price and availability require an actual quotation.
Bulk inquiry
Send your OE list, model list or sample photos.
We quote by vehicle model, OE number, part type, quantity and target market. Uploading a spreadsheet or ZIP package is optional.
