Identify ordinary gas supports or powered lift spindles from the installed hatch. Length and end fittings alone do not establish load rating or powered-control compatibility. Keep motor/socket and function records for electric units; the gas-support reference image does not depict every powered assembly.

Compare the tailgate lock actuator striker with the accepted hatch, then identify gas or powered tailgate support / lift strut equipment.
A bare tailgate shell shell does not automatically include either mechanism.
