Nissan Navara purchasing guide
Nissan Navara Engine, Cooling & A/C Parts Guide
Build the engine-bay order from the installed engine and named system, with separate specifications for fluid circuits and electrical controls.
Identify the injection and turbo arrangement
Keep YD25 revisions, YS23 equipment and other engine families separate. Use pump and injector labels, not displacement alone. Single- and multi-turbo requests need the exact unit position and actuator. Newer D27 4N16 equipment must not inherit older Navara part references.
Name the fluid or air circuit
A radiator carries engine coolant, a condenser refrigerant and an intercooler charge air. An oil cooler needs the specific engine or transmission circuit. Compare pipe fittings, integrated housings and mounting, then define bare heat exchanger versus a module with fans or accessories.
Compare control requirements as well as connectors
Sensors need their location, signal or pressure specification and original identification. Alternators require charging-control compatibility as well as current rating. Starter motors need engine and gearbox engagement details. A connector with the same number of pins is not enough to approve any of these assemblies.
Keep the HVAC case with the climate components
Record steering side and installed refrigerant, then compare compressor ports, evaporator tube exits and blower wheel geometry. Rear cabin vents do not prove that a separate rear evaporator or motor exists. Quote the actual unit and any valve, controller or seal contents.
Define timing and emissions requests carefully
A chain kit must list its stages, guides, tensioners and sprockets. A conversion kit is not an assumed direct replacement. For EGR or catalyst requests, retain engine and emissions market; physical fit is not a compliance guarantee, and deletion hardware is outside an ordinary replacement order.
