Nissan Navara D22–D27 Parts Identification Guide
Turn a Navara badge and registration year into an application record that can support several accurate component quotations.
Chassis and market boundaries

Read the complete vehicle identity
Photograph the VIN or chassis plate and retain the full identifier, build date and original sales market. Add engine and gearbox codes when readable. First registration may occur later than production, particularly on imported commercial vehicles; it cannot replace a build record.
Keep aliases as search clues
Frontier and NP300 names have been used in different markets and periods. Ask for the chassis family instead of treating either badge as a fitment statement. North American Frontier D41, older D21 pickups and related-brand vehicles should receive a separate assessment rather than inherited Navara component numbers.
Record the cab and the body actually fitted
Specify single, extended or double cab, wheelbase and factory pickup bed or aftermarket tray. Include current front and rear photographs. A bull bar, replacement cargo tray or front-end conversion can change lighting, bumper, cable and exhaust requirements while the original identification plate remains unchanged.
Do not carry D23 references into D27
The Australian D27 was introduced as a new generation with a 2.4-litre 4N16 bi-turbo diesel and six-speed automatic. Keep those inquiries on a separate application record. Similar use and branding are not evidence that D23 service kits, electronic components or panels apply.
Attach component evidence to the same vehicle record
Reuse the vehicle identity across an order, but add the specific evidence for each assembly. A pad outline answers a brake question; a wiring connector answers a different electrical question. If the engine, axle or gearbox has been changed, provide its installed identification in addition to the original VIN.
