Santa Fe procurement guide

Santa Fe Body, Lighting & Liftgate Parts Guide

Identify the front and rear body before selecting panels, lamps, mirrors and liftgate mechanisms.

Santa Fe components for Body, Lighting & Liftgate
Representative component group. Identify each assembly independently.

Record openings and equipment

Include lamp technology, beam market, camera, radar, parking-sensor and washer openings. Verify brackets and modules separately from a bare cover.

Define liftgate contents

Separate the bare shell from glass, latches, gas supports and powered spindles. Record the complete rear body and each required function.

Agree protection before shipment

Large panels need braced edges and corner clearance. Keep lenses and thin mounting tabs away from carton pressure.

Components and selection boundaries

AssemblyPurchasing distinction

Santa Fe Headlights

DM Sport and long-body NC/XL lamps must be identified by the actual front end. TM facelifts and MX5 introduce different lamp layouts and control equipment.

Santa Fe Tail Lights

Outer lamps and liftgate lamps are separate order positions. Short and long third-generation bodies and later facelifts must not be treated as one lamp set.

Santa Fe Fog Lights

Bumper opening, side, bracket and lamp technology must match the front-end revision.

Santa Fe Daytime Running Lights

An integrated headlamp DRL, separate bumper lamp and control module are different supply boundaries by facelift and trim.

Santa Fe Front Bumper

A bare cover does not include reinforcement, absorber, grille or sensor brackets unless explicitly listed.

Santa Fe Rear Bumper

Trim and sensing openings affect the cover; packing must prevent large flexible skins from folding.

Santa Fe Front Grille

Facelift, camera/radar provision and bumper interface must be checked together.

Santa Fe Side Mirror

Heating, folding, indicator and camera functions cannot be inferred from housing shape or pin count.

Santa Fe Front Fender

Side, generation, lamp/trim openings and bumper interface determine the panel.

Santa Fe Hood Panel

Hinge, latch, insulation and front-edge alignment change with the front-end generation.

Santa Fe Tailgate / Liftgate

Identify the complete body variant, glass opening, lamp locations and powered-lift equipment. Santa Fe Sport, XL/Grand Santa Fe and MX5 rear closures are not universal panels.

Santa Fe Window Regulator

Motor-only and complete rail assemblies differ; door, side and glass attachment must be stated.

Santa Fe Door Lock Actuator / Latch

Front/rear door and tailgate latches use different rods, cables and electrical functions.

Santa Fe Wiper Motor & Linkage

Motor rotation, linkage geometry and spindle spacing follow the cowl and steering layout.

Santa Fe Radiator Support / Upper Tie Bar

Upper tie bar and full support assembly are different contents; mounting points must match lamps and cooling modules.

Santa Fe Fender Liner / Splash Shield

Left/right wheel arches and bumper interfaces differ; thin tabs must not be assumed from the outer fender shape.

Santa Fe Liftgate Support Strut

Gas springs and powered spindle drives are different assemblies. Tailgate weight, side and mounting geometry must match the exact body and equipment.

Continue the inquiry

Return to the Santa Fe component directory for other systems. Keep quantity, specification and destination together through the quotation process.
