Santa Fe procurement guide
Santa Fe Generations, Sport & XL Parts Guide
Resolve the body and market identity before combining Santa Fe parts into one request.

Generation and body identification
| Generation | Context | What changes the request |
|---|---|---|
| SM | First generation, early 2000s | Record production market, petrol/diesel engine, transmission and 2WD/4WD; later-generation parts are not implied. |
| CM | Second generation, mid-2000s to early 2010s | Separate engine families, facelift, manual/automatic transmission and rear suspension specification. |
| DM / NC | Third-generation short and long bodies | Santa Fe Sport identifies the shorter body in some markets. Grand Santa Fe and XL can identify the longer derivative. Retain wheelbase, seating and VIN. |
| TM | Fourth generation and facelift | Separate original and facelift front ends; petrol, diesel, HEV and PHEV variants have different powertrain and cooling hardware. |
| MX5 | Fifth generation, introduced from 2023 by market | Box-shaped body and H-pattern lighting are distinct from TM. Confirm local model year, engine or hybrid system and drive type. |
Identify the physical body
Keep front, rear and side photographs with the VIN and build label. Sport, XL and Grand naming varies by market and cannot establish interchangeability.
Separate facelift and registration year
Use build month and installed equipment. A registration date can overlap a facelift or the transition between two generations.
Continue the inquiry
Return to the Santa Fe component directory for other systems. Keep quantity, specification and destination together through the quotation process.

Auto parts inquiry
Send the vehicle and part evidence.
Include brand, full model, year, engine or EV drivetrain, OE/material code, quantity, destination and packing request. You can attach a list or old-part photos.
