MG HS Turbo, Fuel, Cooling & HVAC Parts
Trace MG HS turbo, injection, engine cooling and cabin HVAC requests. Distinguish fuel-pressure stages, fluid circuits, low-voltage pumps and HV equipment.

Trace the air and fuel paths first
Follow engine intake, boost-air cooling, throttle/manifold and injection interfaces as separate decisions. A turbocharger, charge cooler and high-pressure fuel pump do not become one interchangeable set because their engine displacement matches. Keep each actuator, port, pressure seat and complete marking with the exact engine.
Separate tank delivery and module contents
The in-tank module supplies fuel at a different stage from an engine-driven direct-injection pump. Compare locking flange, outlet, sender and socket before agreeing complete module or pump-only contents. Identify a separate fuel-filter service position before adding an external element; module strainers and internal filters otherwise remain agreed module contents.
Identify what each exchanger carries
An engine radiator, condenser, charge-air cooler, engine-oil cooler and heater core carry different fluids or air paths. Similar fins or plate dimensions cannot establish their function. Trace both sides of the installed circuit, then preserve cooler joints, mounting and accepted housing/receiver contents.
Keep circulation and airflow controls separate
Water pumps, thermostats and fan/shroud modules control different steps in thermal management. Identify mechanical versus low-voltage electric pumping, actual thermostat housing and fan electronics independently. Hybrid cooling can include several loops; a conventional engine-pump example does not approve an integrated HV unit.
Compare cabin HVAC by drive and steering case
A petrol mechanical compressor and a controlled HV electric compressor have different supply programmes. For ordinary cabin equipment, retain condenser refrigerant ports, evaporator/expansion joints, blower case and controller sockets. A pressure sensor belongs to its refrigerant seat and signal family, not an intake or fuel-rail sensor.
Keep fault descriptions separate from item identity
A temperature complaint or warning message does not identify which pump, sensor, fan or exchanger should be supplied. Prepare component labels, circuit photographs and installed interfaces for quotation. Installation, diagnosis, refrigerant handling and calibration are not implied by the component supply request.
Related assembly comparisons
The engine timing kit follows the actual internal engine architecture, while the valve cover retains its own plug wells and breather.
Keep intake manifold runner and actuator contents separate from timing components.
An engine lubrication list separates the engine oil pump drive from the engine oil filter sealing seat.
Identify the fluids and housing on the engine oil cooler; none of these three assemblies substitutes for the others.
Compare the radiator mounting with the radiator cooling fan shroud before agreeing a front thermal package.
The thermostat / housing housing and engine circuit remain a separate fluid-control decision.
